In January 2017 I started mobile training with Lori Birdsong. Lori helped me with a diet guideline, weight lifting routine and cardio schedule. I did daily check-ins for accountability. Lori helped me stay focused and on track. She is a positive force and very supportive and encouraging! I soon lost 18 pounds and was on my way to a healthier me! Very effective, although afar!
